SOLVED:

We’ve been having some issues with users who (for some unknown reason) are  using Internet Explorer to view NEKiteboard.  Internet Explorer would display an error that it was unable to view the page about halfway through loading the site.  I tracked it down to the posts that include Vimeo videos.  Through some Googling, I found that the script Vimeo uses is not playing nicely with another WordPress Plugin utilizing javascript that we have on the page.

I looked at the source and almost immediately pinned lightbox as the suspect.  Upon uninstalling lightbox, the page began to view perfectly in IE.  I removed version 2.02 of lightbox and rolled back to version 1.8 which is employed on my blog, which also explains why this video worked perfectly on my site all along.

I didn’t bother to send in a report to the developer of lightbox, since the old verson is compatible with Vimeo and is just as quick.  However, hopefully anyone who has issues with IE and Vimeo on their sites finds this post via Google and it can save them some time.
